Virtual Paradise has announced that the upcoming 2026 Spring Awards will be a joint ceremony between the Virtual Paradise and DeltaWorlds communities.
Although nominations haven’t opened yet, we’re already confirmed to have shared categories, meaning DeltaWorlds worlds and builders can compete on equal footing.
🏆 DeltaWorlds Nomination Candidates (Mystic Universe Projects)
🪐 Best World (DW) – Deepspace (starship Aurora )
Home of the Starship Aurora and the Mystic Fleet, Deepspace stands as DeltaWorlds’ most advanced sci-fi environment. It links 20 years of universe-building heritage from Outerworlds through Mystic Lands into modern DeltaWorlds.
Highlights:
• Fully realized deep-space hubs with fleet bays and command systems
• Integrated lore, AI characters (Lucy v4, George Star), and live holodeck access
• Serves as the operational and story core of the Mystic Universe
🌨️ Best Build (DW) – Seasons (Winter Program 2025–26)
A holodeck-linked showcase world connecting Mystic 1 and Aurora via the Ansible-Holo network. Seasons blends atmosphere, sound, and architecture to create a living art environment representing winter across worlds.
Highlights:
• Cross-world holo integration through Ansible link
• Dynamic lighting and snow simulation
• Public entry hub for builders and explorers
👑 Community Leadership (DW) – Charles “Charlie Mystic” Vanbuskirk
Creator of the Mystic Universe Project and lead builder of Aurora, Deepspace, and Seasons. For over two decades, Charlie has maintained cross-platform continuity, organizing the Mystic Fleet, logs, and events that keep DeltaWorlds alive.

How to Participate
VP will open nominations soon (exact date TBA).
In the meantime:

- Prepare screenshots or short clips of your builds for inclusion when the form opens.
- Encourage fellow citizens to submit and cross-vote once nominations go live.
