-a town in the land of Draeda-
Ao: Rise from the waters. Come with me. Step from the pond to the temple steps with me. There the first Circle of Spirit will be lit in this new age.
Ao: I am Ao, Lord of Light, Spirit Unbound, Keeper of the Flame Eternal.
Ao: I walked among you unseen for the last few weeks, as I always have and always will.
Ao: Why do I stand here now before you all?
Ao: Because the age of silence is over.
Ao: Because the time of doubt is broken.
Ao: Because the New Dawn calls.
Ao: This Circle of Spirit is the gathering of the Fellowship of Ao and all who wish to bask in the Light in times of darkness.
Ao: It is not a ritual of templar incantations, nor grandstanding about sins and laws, nor a primal mob with swords.
Ao: It is the living dance of flame, wind, heart, and breath. It is the remembrance that you are free, and that your freedom is light.
Ao: Please, Join with Me inside the Ancient Temple
Ao: ~~ Lord Ao pats Kaiserfuchs on the shoulder ~~
Ao: You may ask yourselves: What is freedom?
Ao: Not the lifting of all burdens,
Ao: Not the breaking of every bond,
Ao: Freedom is the courage to choose the will to love and the power to speak with your true voice.
Ao: Your spirit was never meant to be hidden in shadow.
Ao: It was never meant to be sold for coin or chained by fear.
Ao: You were born to rise as sparks leap upward when flame touches dry wood
Ao: You were born to shine, as the New Dawn drives away the primal forces of the Wild.
Ao: Follow me closely, Children of Draeda
Ao: Watch me closely, Children of Light and Free Spirit
Ao: Intention is everything.
Ao: So now I say to you all: Cast away the chains you clasp too tightly.
Ao: Cast away the fear that says you are small.
Ao: Cast away the lie that the gods come only to command. For I come not to command, but to remind.
Ao: In Neua, you have chosen to see goodness in one another. That is holy.
Ao: In Orda, they have chosen bind their hearts to law & justice. That is holy.
Ao: In Kao’a, they have chosen to test the inner strength of their body & spirit. That is holy.
Ao: In Xi’a, they have chosen to seek beauty in mystery. That too is holy.
Ao: All are My Children within the Light.
Ao: My Children, take your place in a Circle and let us form this Circle of Spirit proper
Ao: All are loved in the Light.
Ao: For the people of the New Dawn… of the Neuan Imperium… of this very Fellowship of Ao, it is no secret that I have bestowed a special gift.
Ao: The Free Spirit that I bestow is greater than all of these.
Ao: Spirit is not bound to one city, or one law, or one face.
Ao: Your spirit is the breath of all Draeda. It is the light that does not end.
Ao: So let this Circle be the first eternal flame of a new age.
Ao: Stand now, each of you, in the knowledge that you are free.
Ao: ~~ pause ~~
Ao: Breathe now and know that your breath is divine.
Ao: Exclaim now and know that your words are Light
Ao: Love and know that your love is eternal
Ao: Hear this, for it is my charge to you:
Ao: The Circle of Spirit will not end when you leave these steps.
Ao: Wherever you walk, let the circle move with you
Ao: Wherever you speak, let the light burn through you
Ao: Wherever you love, let the free spirit I gift to you all multiply a thousandfold
Ao: Carry it.
Ao: Guard it.
Ao: Share it.
Ao: ~~ Lord Ao raises his arms ~~
Ao: Among you stands one who has already listened, even before he knew who spoke
Ao: · One whose spirit is not shackled by fear, and whose hands will guide the Eternal Flame without smothering it
Ao: Kaiserfuchs, son of Neua, seeker at the world's edge ..
Ao: · You are my chosen. Before all gathered, I name you High Priest of Free Spirit. To Lead the Charge of these Circles of Spirit
Ao: Rise, and lead my people not as a master, but as a mirror to reflect their light back to them, so they may see themselves clearly at all times in the new age
Ao: My Siblings and I have chosen to empower our highest mortal clerics with the tools and power to speak in the name of Our Divine Domain like never before in the Land of the Eclipse
Ao: So it is spoken.
Ao: ~~ Lord raises the staff to the Gem ~~
Ao: So it is bound.
Ao: ~~ Lord brings both hands to the staff and dips the Holy Staff into the water ~~
Ao: So it begins.
